If you want to manually subscribe or unsubscribe customers to the newsletter via Shopware, we currently recommend using the frontend. In the customer view in the Shopware backend, you can log into the respective customer account in the frontend. When you subscribe or unsubscribe to the newsletter here, the change will be transferred to Mailchimp.
