Once the plugin has started synchronization, the objects are synchronized sequentially. First, the customers are transferred from Shopware to MailChimp, followed by the products and finally the orders. The synchronization of orders takes place once the synchronization of customers and products has been completed.

If no data starts to be transferred, check the cron jobs under Basic settings -> Cron jobs. If both cron jobs are set to Active, check the details.

If no date is specified under “Last execution,” the Shopware cron jobs are not being called by your server. This means that the server configuration is still incorrect and should be configured according to the official Shopware website:
