  1. Synchronize marketing-relevant data (customers, products, orders, temporary shopping carts) from your Shopware shop to MailChimp.

  2. MailChimp allows you to target your campaigns using new segments. For example, would you like to send an email to all customers who have purchased a specific product? Or would you like to send an email to customers who have generated a certain amount of revenue? You can also create campaigns that target customers who have placed multiple orders, only one order, or no orders at all.

  3. Send automated emails to customers who have not placed an order for a long time.

  4. Send automated special emails with offers to your best customers.

  5. Use MailChimp to automatically send attractive order confirmations.

  6. Emails can be targeted at customers of specific products, categories, etc.
